How the free trial works

Honest Invoice is free to try for 3 days with the whole app unlocked. After the trial, a single one-time purchase unlocks it for good — no subscription and no auto-renew. Anything you already created stays viewable and exportable even before you buy; we never lock you out of your own work.

I bought it on another device / reinstalled — how do I get it back?

Open the app, go to the unlock screen, and tap Restore Purchases. Your one-time purchase is tied to your Apple ID and restores for free.

Where is my data? Can I export it?

Everything lives on your device. You can export your documents as PDF or CSV at any time from the share menu — including after a trial ends.

How do I get paid through an invoice?

Add your own payment details or a payment link (for example your Stripe or PayPal link) in your business profile, and it appears on the invoice so your client can pay you directly. Honest Invoice never handles or holds your money.

Privacy Policy

Short version: we collect nothing. Your data stays on your phone.

Honest Invoice is designed so there's nothing to collect.

• On-device only. Your invoices, estimates, customers, business profile, and logo are stored locally on your device. They are never uploaded to us or anyone else.
• No account. There is no sign-up and no login. We never ask for your email or identity.
• No tracking, no analytics. We do not track your behavior, and we include no third-party analytics or advertising SDKs.
• No servers. We don't operate a backend that receives your documents, because the app doesn't have one.
• The only network use is the App Store. Purchasing or restoring the unlock goes through Apple's StoreKit. That transaction carries no invoice or customer data — only what Apple needs to process a purchase.

This maps to "Data Not Collected." If that ever needs to change, we will say so plainly here and in the App Store listing first.

Sharing

When you tap Share, the PDF or CSV you created is handed to Apple's standard share sheet so you can send it where you choose (Mail, Messages, Files, AirDrop, Print). We are not involved in that transfer.

Children

Honest Invoice is a business tool intended for adults and is not directed to children. We collect no data from anyone.

Changes

If we ever change how the app handles data, we will update this page and the App Store listing before the change ships.
